Everything was awesome, wonderful staff made our stay fantastic. Its location was very central, 400 metres from Downtown Chicago.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, even so everything was great. Besides, the location was exceptional for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Navy Pier...

It's characterful place to stay 1 km away from Underground.

the place was fairly clean with a lovely staff. tidy rooms, soft beds. the hotel was situated in the very central location close to everything.

A little dated hotel, nevertheless with easygoing staff and free wi-fi. The room was really well furnished, exceptionally comfortable beds.

The bathroom was a little small.

Excellent base for exploring Chicago. The staff was very caring, the room was silent and the beds were lovely. The room was reasonably priced.

a relaxing hotel with proactive staff and a savoury breakfast. i liked how warm and cozy the room was. the room had a comfortable balcony. the venue has phenomenal location very close to great restaurants, michigan avenue. also, it was easy to find a skyscraper observation deck.

Very good value for money, good choice. Loved the place, luxurious stay. They had more than adequate breakfast with toast, cereal, yogurt, eggs and cheese. Bed was comfortable, and room was absolutely brilliant. Restaurant in hotel was modern and the pool area was clean.

Eataly, which can be found only 1000 ft away, was a fast option. Excellent location and moderate prices. The hotel was located in the middle of the city.
